With Maja Heuer – Long live the grail!

Categories: ,

With Maja Heuer, founder and former head of The Glass Factory at Boda glassworks

The Grail technique was invented in 1916 in Orrefors and revolutionized Swedish glass with its fantastic patterns in different colors and shapes. Over the years, many practitioners have devoted themselves to refining and developing the special technique. Maja Heuer takes us on a journey among grails from different times, from Knut Bergqvist via Simon Gate and Edward Hald and up to, among others, Peter Hermansson, who has renewed the technology and brought it into the present.

Ticket price: On site 125 kroner, 75 kroner for those with an annual pass.

Tip: Maja Heuer has previously told about Ulrica Hydman-Vallien, Monica Backström and Erik Höglund. Please watch these lectures on KLM-Play!
