Our food and drink

We place high demands on sustainability, taste and locally produced ingredients, which is why we cook all food from scratch in our own kitchen and collaborate as much as possible with local suppliers. We place great emphasis on plant-based, nutritious, natural and organic ingredients and adapt our menu according to the season. We prepare the food based on local traditions with influences and experiences that our colleagues bring with them.

Transportation

Through active work with carpooling, we have reduced the number of raw material deliveries per week. When we choose suppliers, we also look at how they work with sustainable transport.

Tap water

We are crane-branded by the trade association Swedish Water. This means that we have chosen not to sell bottled water. However, we serve lovely sparkling water and plain water from our tap, free of charge!
