The neighborhood Björken

The Björken neighborhood in Kalmar is located right across the street from Krusentiernska gården. One of the properties owned by Kalmar municipality consists of a collection of low ridge cabins. Kjell Petersson lived in the houses for many years and collected everything from pipes to pieces of wood. Today, the brother Nils is clearing out the buildings and at the same time the county museum is doing a survey and a cultural historical investigation which will be a basis for a possible sale.
