Thanks to marine archaeological investigations at the wreck site of the regal ship Kronan and research into the thousands of finds that were recovered from the depths, we know a lot about Great Power Era Sweden and the people on board. But the finds are also puzzling and some things we will probably never get clear about. Which royal document was the found lacquer seal with Three Crowns originally sealed on? What was the name of the crewman who owned the wooden box with the engraved initials EPSON?
